How long will it take to complete my website?
For the Starter Website, we usually deliver within 4–10 business days once we have all the required content and information. For the Custom Website, delivery is around 14–20 business days. If it’s urgent then you need to inform us before placing an order.
Do I need to provide all the content and images?
Yes, you’ll need to provide your own text content (About, Services, Contact info, etc.) and any specific images or brand assets (like your logo). If you don’t have high-quality images, we can use royalty-free stock photos.
And if you do not have content then we will be using dummy content to finalize the design of your website. Later you can update/change the content.
What if I don’t know which design to choose?
No worries! If you can’t decide, our team will suggest the best starter template or create a custom Figma design (for Custom Website) that matches your brand and industry.
How do I pay for the Money?
Payment is simple! Once we finalize the pricing after our meeting and confirm the project scope, you’ll be added to our client portal. From there, I’ll generate an invoice and send it to your email. You can easily pay via Stripe, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
No surprises, no hidden fees—just transparent, predictable pricing.
Inside Client Portal you will see task update, progress, payment status and everything.
Will I get ownership of my website?
Yes. Once the website is delivered, you’ll get full ownership and access to your WordPress admin, theme, and plugins. You can manage or update your site anytime.
What premium themes and plugins are included?
We provide premium tools (theme & plugins) with a lifetime license and updates at no extra cost. These include SEO, security, speed optimization, and design tools to keep your site performing well.
Can I edit my website after delivery?
Absolutely. Your site will be built with WordPress block editor (and page builder if needed), so you can easily update text, images, or add new pages without coding knowledge.
What kind of support will I get after the project is finished?
- Starter Website: 15 days of free email support (bug fixes, small adjustments).
- Custom Website: 30 days of free email support + live WhatsApp/Slack message support.
After that, you can subscribe to our maintenance plan if you want ongoing updates.
What if I don’t like the delivery?

Can you create eCommerce websites too?
Yes, we can build an online store with WooCommerce and SureCart as an add-on. Since this requires additional setup (product pages, payment gateway, etc.), pricing is customized. Contact us for details.
What if I need more than 5 or 10 pages?
No problem! Additional pages can be added at a fixed rate. Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll provide a custom quote.
Will my website be SEO-friendly?
Yes. Both Starter and Custom packages include basic on-page SEO setup (meta tags, headings, alt text, site speed, mobile responsiveness). For advanced SEO strategies, we recommend a separate SEO plan.
Do I need hosting or domain before starting?
Yes, you’ll need a domain name and hosting. If you don’t have them yet, we can guide you to the best hosting providers. For Custom Website clients, we also set up a personalized cloud backup.
Can I pause or cancel once I start?
Since this is a one-time project, once work has started, pausing isn’t possible. However, if you change your mind within the first 14 days, you’re covered by our partial refund policy. That we will discussed once you raised the query.
