This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to creatomark.com and any services, forms, or tools we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: you provide it, it’s collected automatically, or we receive it from third parties.
Information You Provide
- Contact details (name, email, phone) when you submit forms, request quotes, book calls, or contact support.
- Business information (agency name, website, project scope, requirements).
- Account data (if you create an account): display name, login email, profile details.
- Payment & billing details (e.g., payer name, invoice info). Card/bank details are handled by payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Paypal) and not stored by us.
- Content you upload or share (briefs, files, credentials you choose to provide for project delivery).
- Comments you post on our blog (see “Comments” below).
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, timestamps.
- Device & tech data: IP address, browser type/version, OS, screen size, cookies/identifiers.
- Cookies & similar tech for session, preferences, analytics, security, and affiliate attribution (see “Cookies” below).
Information from Third Parties
- Analytics & ad platforms (e.g., aggregated audience insights).
- Affiliate/referral partners for tracking and commission attribution (see “Affiliate Program” below).
- Anti-spam & security tools (e.g., automated spam detection).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve our Services (project delivery, support, maintenance).
- Communicate with you (quotes, onboarding, updates, invoices, service notices).
- Process payments/invoices via trusted providers (e.g., Stripe) or bank transfer.

Comments
When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, plus the IP address and browser user agent for spam detection.
An anonymized string (hash) from your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use it. Gravatar’s privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your profile picture is visible with your comment.
Media
If you upload images, avoid including EXIF GPS location data. Visitors may download and extract location data from images on the website.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in and remember preferences.
- Enable site functionality and security.
- Measure analytics and performance.
- Attribute affiliate/referral traffic.

WordPress defaults:
- If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience (1 year).
- A temporary cookie checks browser cookie support on the login page (discarded when you close your browser).
- Login cookies last 2 days; screen options cookies last 1 year. Selecting “Remember Me” persists login for 2 weeks. Logout removes login cookies.
- When you edit/publish an article, an additional cookie stores the post ID (expires after 1 day).
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Posts may include embedded content (e.g., YouTube videos, images, articles). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the source site and may collect data, use cookies, and track your interaction—especially if you are logged in to that site.
Payments
We accept payments via Stripe, Paypal and direct bank transfer. Payment processors collect and process your billing information in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not store full payment instrument details on our servers.
Affiliate Program
If you visit our site via an affiliate link or participate in our affiliate program (https://creatomark.com/affiliate/), we may set cookies or use identifiers to attribute referrals and manage commissions. We may share necessary data (e.g., anonymized IDs, transaction amounts) with our affiliate platform or accounting systems for accurate reporting and payouts.
Who We Share Your Data With
We only share information with:
- Service providers / processors (hosting, security, analytics, email delivery, payment processing) under contracts that protect your data.
- Project-related vendors strictly as needed to deliver requested services (e.g., specialized tools or integrations).
- White-label delivery teams operating under confidentiality and data-processing terms, when required to fulfill your agency’s project.
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with notice where required).
If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email.
How Long We Retain Your Data
- Comments and their metadata: retained indefinitely to recognize/auto-approve follow-ups.
- Account/profile data (if any): retained while the account remains active.
- Project files & communications: retained for as long as needed for delivery, support, record-keeping, and legal purposes.
- Analytics data: retained per our analytics/tool provider settings (aggregated where possible).
- Payment & invoice records: retained to comply with tax and accounting laws.
We retain only what we need for the purposes described above.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data (subject to legal/contractual obligations).
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Data portability (receive a copy in a structured, machine-readable format).
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California (CCPA/CPRA): You may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and opt-out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information (e.g., HTTPS, access controls, backups, least-privilege access). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please share credentials with us only through secure channels and revoke them when no longer needed.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries different from where you reside. Where required, we implement safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) to protect your data.
Data for White-Label Projects
As part of our white-label services to agencies:
- We process client website data on behalf of the agency under a services agreement and/or DPA.
- We follow the agency’s lawful instructions and confidentiality requirements.
- We only access production systems/credentials as necessary and recommend role-based, revocable access.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
